Bought two items I thought where on clearance for buy one get one but this was not the case. Cashier was clueless loss look on his face. Got them anyway bu,t take down the clearance signs if it is not what it says it is. Its called false advertising.

Overall, this store is good. Theyre selection of Nintendo games is limited for my liking, but the prices are reasonable, you can play demos for games and the amount of additional products such as coffee mugs and keychains means you can freely browse this store for a while. Why did I deduct one star? Well, my last visit there was a bit disappointing. I was there to exchange a video game I received as a Christmas gift, since I already owned a copy. When asking about preorders for a Switch game, I asked if a certain game I wanted had a Switch release. The person there (I think his name was Ema or something) told me it was only available for digital download, but its sequel was up for preorder and I could pick it up in the store in February. After making the purchase, I bought the first game on eShop. This is when I discovered that the game I preordered for almost $50 could have been downloaded on eShop for half that price. I was not informed of that and its a bit upsetting.
