    Very disappointed with GameStop. I went to buy brand new Xbox series X this morning and was told that I have to register my phone number and email so that they could track the serial number. You guys just lost $500. I went to Walmart and they required none of that, you guys have really lost touch with the gamers. Honestly I dont think you guys ever had it in the first place not everyone wants to give out their phone number and email address. Its ridiculous. Spending half grand I shouldnt have to do that.

    First time I have been there and gotten bad customer service. The Store Manager Bryan was pushy, rude, and condescending. He was trying to push the Pro membership on me and I said no thank you Im okay, and he was like but you saved $98 last year and you will get 5000 points today, and I was like Im okay, and he scoffed and seemed like I was putting him out. Then he said I had a $10 coupon, so I tried to access it and I was having trouble getting into my account and he just seemed annoyed the whole time so I eventually gave up on it and just said its only $10, and he was like well $10 is a lot of money to me??? Who says that a customer??? Just a really bad experience today. Im not giving one star because I have had only good experiences there but this one was so bad I resorted to doing a review
