        I had a phenomenal shopping experience. I wish I had the fellas' names that helped me. The one on the phone had such an exuberant personality; it's the kind of personality that makes the sales happen. He was extremely helpful with what brake pads do what. Then I come in the store and it's a different guy at the counter. He was so relaxed but attentive. Seemed like both of the employees were in a really healthy mindset. They both deserve raises for their more than exceptional customer service.

        This Advance Auto part is in the perfect location. It's been there for some years. But, it looks like it was built last week! The customer service there is awesome. They are very nice and friendly. And, they know almost every question without looking at the computer screen for anything. I love this particular Advance Auto Parts.
