        My husband and I had a terrible experience with Chris! We negotiated everything with Tom, who was very nice. While we were submitting our offer they quickly listed the house and found their own buyer and sold the home after we had everything negotiated. It was a very slimy thing to do. I would NEVER recommend working with them after how they treated us! USE another builder! I would never trust them after this!

        Love my Haven Home ! Both Chris and Tom are great to work with. They are the most punctual builders I have ever met ! The quality of my home and the attention to detail with the craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations. I looked for over two years for a home and worked with a few builders. Chris and Tom were wonderful to deal with throughout the entire process !
