J&W was good to work with through the demanding planning and building process - always a stressful process. Flexibility was good when requesting changes. Jason was receptive and responsive. I have to note that the workmanship of trim and doors is below average. I would pay particular attention to the details when making and completing your punch lists at closing and at the 1 year mark. Damage to cabinets, flooring, exhaust hood, ill-fitting doors and rough trim work are concerns to be diligent about during the process.

We have lived in our home for 2+ years & are thoroughly impressed with J&W's excellent workmanship & the lasting value built into this home. As a retired builder, I am also grateful for the thoughtfulness & effort they put in our home. It was indeed a pleasure working with them as they built our home.
