We walk in and was looked at by the employees and they said nothing. We had to ask them for help. The girl was nice but no great customer service.

Had a wonderful experience here! My cashier was Kaleigh and she was super sweet and helpful. She made it such a good experience and Ill definitely be back

I was not greeted when I walked in and no one asked if I needed help with anything. All of the associates were just staring at me as I shopped, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I purchased three items and when I went to go checkout at Aerie the associates didnt greet me or ask if I needed help even as one of them was ringing me out. They proceeded to just stare like the other associates. Overall, I love America Eagle and Aerie, but my experience at store 02341 made me so uncomfortable that I will not go back to that specific store at all.

Attends are always helpful with providing great service. Store always tidy.
