        not good. items were either not a described or not according to sizing, so too small. if customer service called you wait a long time due to cov19 excuse. Ridiculous and time waste excuse. I wish I had know that I loa to pay la shipping fee of $7 even when it was not lay fault. Never order from Eddie Bauer when there are no stores close by. Outlets are over 100 miles away from me and cannot return an item free of charge.
