I have been a customer for twenty plus years and they do all the service on my vehicles. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Just bought my fourth car and am very pleased. Excellent service!

I took my car into the Sanford location ( 2011 Avalon) they did major tune up and said I was good for just oil changes, after a few thousand dollars. They also sold me a set of bad tires and charged me for rotations.
I went back for my oil change and was told I needed more repairs. I declined and was told by the technician I was not taking care of my car.
Then I went back for another oil change and they said I needed my rack and pinion replaced. I know how a vehicles drives when the rack and pinion is bad because his 2001 Dodge is that way.
I told them I would let my husband know.
Well, I have had two other people look at my car. The rack and pinion is fine! My issue was the tires!!!!
I am not at all happy with the service department nor their pushiness on repairs.
The sales department maybe different but I will not go back.
