Matthew was excellent!!! He made the buying process quick and easy for us. We really wanted to get into a truck and out of our bmw and we were able to get the whole process done in just a few short hours. Now we have a vehicle that is off road friendly and most importantly German shepherd friendly!!

I was tired because I had visited another dealership before going to Hendricks Toyota. I gave my preferences to my Sales person, Jo. He was on point with what I wanted in a vehicle. I was there for hours but Mr. Jo was professional, patience and determined to find my perfect vehicle. The financial team also worked at helping to reach my comfortable price point. After test driving three vehicle, I drove home with a 2024 Toyota Camry. Thank you Jo and the Finance Team at Hendricks Toyota. I do want to make one suggestion, that is to offer your potential clients a snack. After being in an establishment for more than 3 hours, a Free snack would be
great! However, I was grateful for the water.

We had a wonderful experience at Rick Hendrick Toyota. Mr. Allen Hartgrove did an excellent job walking us through the process of buying a car. He was polite, answered all of our questions, made it a stress-free process, and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend Rick Hendrick Toyota if ever you are looking for an affordable, reliable, and great quality vehicle. I had one of the best experiences at Fayetteville Rick Hendrick Toyota because of Mr. Gavin Lee. He was very professional and was very patient with assisting me with finding my brand new car!! Mr. Gavin Lee not only took care of my needs, but he also continuously checkup on how the car is running even after making a sell. That is what you call a great salesman.
