Our finished basement was flooded due to a leak from our water softener tank. They responded to my call and came at the agreed time. They were on time and explained in details what they will be doing. Steve, the general manager, communicated with me each day until the job was done. He was very helpful and made sure the work was done as promised and in a timely manner. They did a good job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs water damage clean up. This past Saturday morning after working a 12 hour night shift, I walked into my home and it was raining inside after a water line leading to the commode detached from its base causing major water damage. I was devastated! My husband called these guys and they were at my house within 30 minutes! They were kind and considerate and did all they could calm my nerves. Within about 2 hours they had someone at the house checking the water damage. They didn't find any moisture, but checked all around upstairs and downstairs to make sure everything was ok. The inspection was completely free even though it was a thorough look around both floors. I'm very happy with the service for their professionalism, quick response, and free inspections.
