Took our dog there they said he need to be to rest but took him to other place he doing totally find now .

Receptionist at the front (reddish hair and glasses) lacks professionalism and unaware of basic services. Inquired about a fecal kit for my dog to attend doggy daycare, she acted like she didn't understand what I was talking about at all. Informed her to look up my information to get a better idea because I purchased the fecal kit, again acted completely slow and unaware, after 15 minutes was able to get the information I needed to send off the kit. Overall, lacks personality and awareness, should be hidden in the back somewhere and have someone who knows what they're doing greet customers.

Had pleasant experience. It was my first time at Vetco and I dealt comfortable with the guidance of Dr shahady and Kristi. They addressed my concerns and were very patient. I have been out of the dog game for a long by and Im glad I chose Vetco to take care of my dog needs

Best Vet ever. Entire staff is so professional and knowledgeable plus extremely friendly with our animals (babies). Great atmosphere and a plus being connected to Petco so we can shop for items we need and want.
