Took my perfectly healthy animal in for a neuter and got the call that he had passed away the same day. About an hour later I got texted the bill.

I dropped off my cat at 10:30 am because he was not feeling well. I was told that the doctor will look at him whenever she has time. I waited for a call or text with no response or update. I went back around 3 and told them my cat hadnt eaten anything they said theyll feed him which they did not until I went and ask them to feed him around 4 pm. This veterinary is biased because Im Asian. They seem to care more about Caucasian white people answer their queries and ask to leave and wait for their call. What do Asian people have to do to get equal treatment in this clinic?

My fiance and I have been trying to work with this vet for our very sickly pet, but they are just impossible to hear back from. Calling, texting, emailing - all make no difference. We eventually resorted to going to ask in person for a follow-up since the last visit made no difference (despite costing well over a hundred) and still were told that they would be in contact. Extremely disappointing for a veterinary institution.

Best exotic vet in the area. I have 5 rats and they have treated 3 of them with great success. Reasonable pricing for an exotic vet and will squeeze you in if there's an urgent matter. Highly recommend!

Great service and people! Dr. Swan, Dr. Jaffe, and staff looked over my Guinea pig Ragnar and I am very grateful. I brought him in for different things: weird noise when he pooped, eye ulcer, and then recently a head tilt where they found he had lymphoma and we had to put him to sleep. They are extremely kind, accommodating, knowledgeable, and look out for your pets well being. They always worked with me and my schedule and always took care of my little guy. I definitely recommend them!! (Oh and if you get their voicemail, dont be alarmed, they will call you back!)
