Dr. Hinn and her assistant Jess provided exceptional care for our bloodhound and showed experience and pleasure interacting with this large breed. Jess did a very thorough medical history review and gained our confidence. Dr. Hinn was technically on point and explained initial lab work results and both her treatment recommendations and the reasons for selecting those options. She was easy to deal with and was very comfortable, competent, and confident in answering all our questions. Yes, vet specialists are expensive but no treatment took place until we were told exactly what it would cost. Their handling of Otis and interaction with us were professional and friendly. They seemed to enjoy both. It's likely that we'll be in need of their services for some time and we're very confident that our boy is in good hands. We can highly recommend this practice and were very impressed with both Dr. Hinn and Jess.

Very happy with the results we are getting with Chance. They have got more results in 3 days then I have got in 3 months and 3 vets.

We were very pleased with Dr. Hinn and her staff. They treated our dog Cheyene with great care and compassion to figure out what the skin disease. They made sure that not only Cheyenne comfortable (he ate about a whole jar of the treats) they made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of as well. Even though is prognosis does not look good right now, I have great confidence that Dr. Hinn and her staff will work with our vet to make sure his remaining years with us with be comfortable again.
