As a former employee and now point of contact for my current company I am going to review from both stand points. As a former employee of HireLevel, there is an incredible work and life balance ability in flexibility of being able to work from home from time to time, Flex Time as in for appointment needs, holiday and weekends off. A work hard, play hard motto. There is huge knowledge base you need and it will forever be growing, if you are a perfectionist this is one career field in which you would thrive in a sense of all the data you are working with is someones finances personal or business and you can continue in growth as the IRS, local and state government are alway evolving the ways in which they do things. On the team I was on HCM, you find everyone is willing to help you for the greater good of getting the job accomplished for the clients. A huge projection of "Get out of your comfort zone" gets very uncomfortable but nobody is meant to grow if they stay in the small mindset of a comfortable box. They will be hard on you and push you to do more, be more, and grow more and while it is happening you will not appreciate it as much as you will when you look back on it. The owner will take interest in helping you succeed inside and outside of your workspace if you so choose to heed the advice or courses that they offer. As a point of contact, whenever I have an issue with my payroll, question, concern, or simply adding more to what we have on our account my representative communicates clear and responds in a fast manner. You actually have one single point of contact instead of calling into a call center of general help email it is very much small business feel even though there are multiple locations. There are still people sitting in a local office and still very much a connection. Whether you need a job or payroll services they are a great option because the team of HCM and Recruiters very much will treat your business as if it were their own.

I am the owner of a law firm and use Hirelevel as my payroll company. Their communication, knowledge, and response times are unparalleled. Barbie, who is our direct contact and manager of our payroll, is extremely personable, helpful and great with addressing all of our needs. I would highly recommend this company.
