Was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff. They just looked and kept walking.

I dont like writing bad reviews but this place is awful. I loved cvs in New York when I was younger. The products were there, the prices were good. This store is a prime example of terrible customer service. It just exudes an air of we could care less The manager barely answers your questions and walks away as if you dont exist and nothing is her problem. The Buck stops nowhere. Do they have any customer service training nowadays? Nothing works right. The self checkout is constantly faulty. The coupon box is never stocked properly with paper. The coupons dont register properly when you use them. No one knows nothing from nothing and most importantly no one cares! Shame on you CVS.

Every time I have been in CVS lately, if I pick up a product, note the price and take it to the register, the price they charge me is higher by a lot. When I show an employee that the price on the shelf is lower, they say it was the wrong price and they wont honor it. I think they do this to get people to buy something and most wont notice that they were charged more at the register! Very deceptive. I will be changing my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I have used cvs for years, but I am very disappointed in the service lately and their deception on pricing!

This is possibly one of the worst stores in the area. I stopped using the pharmacy here years ago after they put the wrong prescription label on my prescription. I continued to use it occasionally if I needed something and the nearby Lowe's foods was out. If you want someone to ring you up you have to track someone down otherwise you have to use the self checks which are card only. A few days ago I placed a photo order. I typically don't order photos there but figured it would be ok to order online and just pick up there. My order was over $100. My card was charged and I never received any sort of info about my order being cancelled. Upon arriving at the store I had to track down an employee to get my order which I kind of anticipated but after looking for my order they informed me that it was declined due to the size. I show them the charge on my bank account to show them that I was charged for it. After asking to speak with a manager she was unable to refund my $100+ in store and informed me I had to call a number to get refunded. She actually gave me two numbers in case the one number wouldn't refund my money????? I spend 45 mins in store trying to get my money back. When I asked why my order was even allowed to go through if the store was unable to process it she said they get asked that a lot and it's just how their system works. Eventually I just called my bank to get the transaction disputed.

Are You Kidding Me? Get a text to pick up the scripts. Take the time drive way out there , pull up to the drive through window and the steel shade is down and a recording comes on saying the pharmacy is CLOSED for lunch so no drop offs or pick ups . WHAT???? Its 1:20 pm on a Saturday afternoon. That is a JOKE, Bankers Hours Stopped in the 1970's. The website say they are OPEN from 10 am to 6 pm, the Hours in the Window at the drive-thru say OPEN 10 am - 6pm. Thanks CVS , One Star is too much for you. You could allow for someone there to allow for pick ups at least and IF you had any questions you could call or come back but shutting the whole thing down is Unacceptable Period.
