The drive thru pharmacy is constantly closed, and when its open you wait a good 20 minutes minimum to get service. Yes everywhere has no staff apparently.
How long will this last? Is this the new norm?
Dont bother to show up hoping to pick up during your lunch hour.

Drastic improvements to in store service. From no one working front counter mid 2023 to 3 people on 3 registers yesterday quickly moving customers through. All were working with speed. Keep it up.

Will not come back to this location, I normally go to the one on Creedmoor and I see why. I dont know if its a male thing to not listen to all instructions or if its a Josh thing but he failed to grab me the right OTC after I distinctly asked for a certain one. I had to come back and get it exchanged and he messed it once up again and I had to park & go inside to complete yet another refund with the store manager. If he wouldnt have been in such a rush to service the next car in the drive thru, this couldve been one easy transaction.
