This location deserves 0 stars! Like others have said they will tell you the prescription is ready and when you get there they will tell you its not. Never again. Try Harris Teeter right up the block from Walgreens. They are efficient, speedy, kind, and knowledgeable. I waited 10 minutes to get my prescription filled, and this was right before the Pharmacist went on break!

Truly incompetent service. Took 5 trips to the pharmacy and calling my insurance company just to get my prescription taken out of the system so I could fill it elsewhere. Nobody seems to know how to do anything there besides waste customers time.

Truly, truly appalled by the incompetent service. They've lost my prescriptions, and have required another script sent from my doctor. Their computer systems are down at least once a week. Currently, I've been trying to get a particular medication for a month. A month. I'm in chronic, intense pain, and their lack of urgency only matches their lack of competence. Person Street Pharmacy, on the other hand, is able to get me this same medication in a day. If you value your health, go anywhere else.

Worse walgreens pharmacy I've ever been to. Claimed to lose my prescription and then after they found it claimed their system was down so they didn't have to fill it. Go to any other Walgreens pharmacy, not this one
