        They dont do outside engravings during the holidays, even though it is not advertised anywhere in store or online. The rude lady at the counter will most definitely let you know AFTER you stand in front of the counter for 10+ minutes without any sort of acknowledgement.

        Great store for a quick gift for that special person who is hard to buy for! Nice selection of items to choose from and then getting your item engraved, makes it that much more special! Very reasonable prices and great service from the owner! Will definately visit again! Cheers! David
