I ordered bible study book on 9/7/19 and up till this time, i haven't received or hear from anyone about the book. I called lifeWay, they told me i will receive the book by 9/19/19. Still ..i haven't received the book yet. So i called on 9/20/19 then they told me the book is back order. In every business, communication is the key to success.

It was bittersweet. The store is closing, however, I was able to get a great deal on my purchase.

Great customer service. I purchased several graduation cards, and our cashier, Michael, shared his testimony of encouragement when he went to college. Encouragement can make a difference in where people ho in life. Glad I met Michael. Sad to see them close. Technology is good, but the one-on-one human contact with others is still needed.

This is a great place that has everything one needs for church or Bible study, Christian art, gifts, kids area. I could spend hours there, such a shame it's closing. It is a bit on the pricey side, unless you get something on clearance.
