        Their burgers are always fresh and hot. My husband and I love the ghost pepper ranch sauce.

        Wendys needs to teach their employees some customer service and politeness. The young girl on the drive thru intercom was extremely rude and when we pulled to the window she had the most ugliest attitude. On top of it I asked for extra BBQ sauce and she then turned around and charged me .15 for each one. (They only gave me 3 BBQ sauces for a 10 piece and 4 piece. I think I should have gotten at least 4 before they charge me for extra.)

        The lady on the speaker box was unfriendly and almost robotic. At the window, no one said thank you or have a nice day I had to pull up and wait 10 minutes for my order. When they brought the food out, they forgot the sauce. The sauce was on the receipt. I had to go in to get it. Today is March 29th. It's 6pm...supper time. I ordered 2 Dave's burgers , a bacon burger, nuggets, and fries. Nothing exceptional. The food should be prepped and ready to go. Tip: It would be good to teach the importance of being friendly to the customer.
