        Good awful customer service by the manager through the drive thru. I think he forgot to mute his side of the he mic through the drive thru. As I pulled up I heard him fusing at an employee about how many of a certain such as napkins to put in a customers bag. I know I was in the drive thru line for at least 30 minutes this time.

        I hate this Wendy's! If I could give them 0 stars I would. They ALWAYS mess up my orders (at least 7/16 times now) and they close whenever they want to. They should be shut down. Worst Wendy's EVER!

        The drive thru was fast and the food was hot but I did not appreciate that the worker who was making drinks made the comment she did not say nothing about no ice. It does not matter the customer is always right and if I did not want ice in my drink remake it and keep the comments to yourself. The worker was young so that is why I excused it but another person may not have. I like the way the drive thru is set up as well .... convenient location.

        This location consistently pushes out hot and fresh food while being one of the busiest Wendy's in the area. It's worth the long drive thru lines at night.
