        I used mobile order, thinking it would be faster. A big mistake. Following the instruction, I pulled up to the drive- thru window, told them that I was here to pick up mobile order.  I was told "Come inside". So what's the meaning of drive- thru?!I parked my car, went inside and waited. 20 mins passed - nothing. When I asked where my order was, "what order?"My mobile order I submitted 30 mins ago!!!
