        The young man at the counter was very helpful. He explained the different service packages and I went with the one he suggested because he said it was the one he used for his truck. I was a walk in and they finished my work before noon!! Thank you, Ill be back.

        THE BLACK'S TIRE ON POLLOCK STREET IN NEW BERN IS THE VERY BEST!!! They really care about their clients and help them above and beyond any other mechanics shop I have ever used in my lifetime. Betty at the front desk is amazing and Talon, thr Manager, and his team are on top of it. Reasonable pricing and they have never overcharged me.
