Had a hole in my tired had me in and out in
under 20 min very friendly and helpful went above and beyond to help me tyler and Daniel are the best will definitely be bringing my car back there 10/10 would recommend

Just switched over to Mr. Tire and have had two of our vehicles worked on. Tyler was outstanding and took great care of us. They are now our go to place and we highly recommend!

This site is an authorized service repair center for Silver Rock, the warranty company for Carvana. I took a truck under warranty to another provider for check engine light, and they simply reset light and declared it fixed, light returned in 44 miles, the company didnt follow warranty protocols and basically provided poor service. I took the vehicle to Mr Tire New Bern and explained this. The tech told me how that was wrong way to handle Silver Rock Claim and would take care of it. Kept truck for TWO days and did essentially the exact same thing except called me a liar to boot. Said was no light on and found nothing wrong. I explained yes it was. They did exact same thing, reset light, lied about it, didnt follow warranty protocols so Id have a paper trail to protect myself. I even told guy what codes were its a $300 fix if they do their job. I had to argue with the guy to even get an invoice, which plainly had the lie on it. Left with the truck, 14 miles light returned. So OReilys was between there and home . Stopped and had truck code scanned. P0014 and P0024, the exact same code at original provider, after original provider, (I had scanned before I took to Mr tire) and exact code after this 2 day nothing is wrong repair. I dont know if they are allergic to money but their workmanship and reliability are crap. If I break down in front of any Mr Tire location , Ill have my vehicle towed elsewhere, they will never touch it again. This particular one has zero scruples.
