Rude incompetent. Woman who worked there made to effort to resolve my issue. Was rude. Never bothered to introduce herself not greet me. Was just plain rude.

Rude. I had a banking issue and needed to talk to someone. The woman who was supposed to help me came huffing and puffing to the teller window and didn't even greet me or introduced herself.
The teller explained my issue which was my checks being held mire than 10 days and she basically started telling g me that it was my fault for not being an established client. I told her I has had banked with SunTrust and my checks cleared within 24 hours.
She wanted to shrug me off right there at the teller window. The teller seemed apologetic but she was rude. I asked her if she had an office where we could discuss the matter in detail so we didn't hold up the line and discuss my private affairs in public. She was rude and just walked off gesturing me to follow her. In her office she continued to be rude. Acting like I was inconveniencing her. Never bothered to even ask my name nor look I to the computer and my issue was not resolved.

Very understaffed. Hard to get service. Took over 30 minutes to get helped with only one person in front of me. Not any of the employees fault, but if youre in a rush probably go somewhere else.

I'd recommend going to a different location.
My checking was hacked and they did nothing but make my whole situation more painful. There should be training on how to handle a now very typical scenario in 2022.
