I want to start by saying I am not a 5/3 customer. However, Gabriella has gone so far above and beyond that I might very well need to do business with 5/3 going forward. I stopped in to have a document notarized, but in a quick view, she noticed I had it formatted incorrectly. I was able to have the document corrected and emailed to her so it could still be done. That is customer service that so many businesses lack now a days. Thank you to her and the whole team at this location.

I had a great experience at this branch! The branch itself is brand new and very nice. I called ahead and despite not being a member the team was nice enough to accommodate my request. Special shoutout to the manager Sohana for all of her help today. She is very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

I can't speak for Fifth Third Bank in general, but I can speak about Morrisville NC branch.
This new branch is excellent. They are a great addition to the area.
And they are open on Saturday mornings!
I really recommend this location.

Fifth Third as a bank is lacking some convenient features of other lending institutions and I wouldn't recommend it. But a loan of mine got moved there and I had to go into this branch. I can say that this branch, in particular, has helpful, friendly people working there. They took the time to explain my options and were able to solve my issues quickly, while also not being too pushy with their upselling.
So, while I can't vouch for 5/3 for banking, this is a good branch to visit if you have to.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I HAVE ONLY BEEN WITH THIS BANK FOR 1.5 MONTHS & DEBIT CARD, CHECKS GOT MAILED TO UNKNOWN ADDRESS. MADE A DEPOSIT THE THRU MOBILE TO SAVINGS & CHECK WASNT HELD. MADE A SECOND DEPOSIT THRU MOBILE TO CHECKING & THAT CHECK IS BEING HELD FROM APRIL 10TH & WILL BE AVAILABLE ON APRIL 19TH. KEEP IN MIND THIS CHECK IS A LOCAL CHECK ON TOP OF BEING MY PAYROLL CHECK. IT DOES NOT TAKE 9 DAYS FOR A CHECK TO CLEAR WHEN IT IS DRAWN ON A LOCAL BANK. ALSO EVERYTHING IS DONE ELECTRONICALLY SO EVEN LESS TIME THAN YEARS AGO! I WILL BE LEAVING THIS CRAZY BANK AS SOON AS MY CHECK POST & I STRONGLY URGE YOU NOT TO BANK HERE EITHER!!! ITS BEEN A TERRIBLE MESS SINCE I STARTED HERE!!!! THE STAFF IS HORRID & NO HELP WHATSOEVER, ON TOP OF NOT BEING ABLE TO SPEAK DECENT ENGLISH SO ONE CAN UNDERSTAND!!
