After experiencing a terrible experience with another Fifth Third Bank location, the branch manager at the Morrisville location was fantastic in intervening and diligently working to right a wrong, and satisfactorily resolving our issue.

Fifth Third as a bank is lacking some convenient features of other lending institutions and I wouldn't recommend it. But a loan of mine got moved there and I had to go into this branch. I can say that this branch, in particular, has helpful, friendly people working there. They took the time to explain my options and were able to solve my issues quickly, while also not being too pushy with their upselling.
So, while I can't vouch for 5/3 for banking, this is a good branch to visit if you have to.

Worst experience. I opened an account and can not use or transfer my money to my other bank accounts by zelle or other format as well. Initially they said 1 day lock for zelle and now telling, account is not 1 month old so can not make any online transactions. It's weird, it's my money and ask me to go to branch every time to get money. They don't have any clue when they can send ATM card as well. I'm holding accounts from many other banks as well and never heard such an awful rule. We are in digital world and the account opened online but you can not use the account online. Grow up please...
