We originally booked a room 1/17/24 got here 2/14 and was not given our original booked king room because I brought my service dog. We were told over and over the service dog is in fact a dog and need to be in a pet friendly room which was a room that had 2 full size bed... my service dog and literal medical assistant cannot jump from bed to bed in the event I do not respond to her waking me.. I call the police to see if I can get ti in the hotels head that she is NOT a dog but a medical device/ assistant..that still didn't ring clear. Police spoke with manager who told them the king room was under construction.as this is a private property I was not accommodated. It is now 3am I am taking shifts sleeping to assure my medical safety and plan on taking the appropriate steps legally

The rooms are comfortable, the The smell is not very pleasant and the doors and walls lack maintenance, the breakfast is very bad

I booked this hotel on Priceline and believed their reviews. I checked in, walked into my rooms and walked back out and went to another hotel. I booked 2 rooms as I traveled with my family. The rooms were very musty and the entire floor smelled of weed, which is supposed to be smoke free. I could've dealt with that by blasting the AC. It gets worse: We brought food in with us from a restaurant to eat and while sitting down at the desk eating, I noticed a clear, small bug walk across the screen of my phone. I then noticed another one on my food. Along with a few more in just a matter of minutes of being in the room. I looked up the bug and it was Mites. We immediately stood up, grabbed our bags and left. I dropped the food and went to another hotel. A couple days later, the bites formed on my arms as described when I looked the bug up. The hotel stated they were Nonrefundable so I lost my money! The rooms are run down, dirty looking and smell. Anybody that says it is a nice place has NO Standards. Rooms: Dingy and dirty. Low to no upkeep on them.

Was supposed to stay 2 nights. Night one upon checking in room seemed nice even though our neighbors were loud and obviously smoking a lot of pot. Left for the day when we came back there was a roach on the ceiling of our room. Immediately packed our things. Spoke with the person at the front desk and let him know we found a roach on the ceiling and werent spending the night he simply said oh sorry. No offer to refund us or offer to find a new hotel. Almost seemed hes heard that complaint before. Do Not stay here!!
