Comfort Inn Matthews/Charlotte

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Great stay. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Best free breakfast at a Choice brand hotel so far. Right in Matthews, close to downtown and everything else. Mexican restaurant, Texas Road House in walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Room service does not service!!! I left my room with instructions to have my room serviced after staying for two-nights out of a four-night stay. When I returned, nothing was done. I spoke to the manager Chet Patel. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, he stated the attendant put I did not want service on the notes and informed me how long she was employed here. I had to remove my own garbage and service the room myself. Not only was Mr. Patel unprofessional, but it was insulting. I give service two doo doo emojis and 3 thumbs down. I will be contacting the corporate office after this post.

I checked in March 16th and out the 19th , March 20 was my son weeding and I couldnt wear my nice dress because my shoes disappear from the room I pay for 204 When I spoke with the manage he was very rude and asked me if I checked at lost and found Way I will checked at lost and found when the shoes was in my bedroom I have a business my self cleaning if the client complains I pay from my pocket small if same thing big I used my insurance The manage just washed his hand and say nothing I can do Very , very , unprofessional
