    We had a great time staying here! You could tell it was pet friendly, but it was also VERY clean for it being a pet friendly home. The hot tub was nice, and heavily chlorinated. I don't consider that a bad thing, to me it means they take sanitation seriously. There are some places you can see rust and it's looking a little run down, but we were 2 families with children and pets, so it didn't bother us. The beds were comfortable and the linens very nice. The hot water heater had a hard time keeping up with the number of showers, but we worked out a good schedule!

    While the house we rented was pretty much as described, the Realty company overcharged our card for both the initial and the final payments. We signed a contract stating that we would have two specific payments. Both times we were over charged. We disputed with our credit card company - but apparently even though we signed a contract @ a specific rate - they are able to charge whatever they feel like. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A BIT SHADY. In addition to our having to call on several things in the house that needed repair. They did show up - but did not effectively deal with the dryer that did not dry, all of the remotes in the house not having batteries, etc.

    This company was excellent to work with. The week before our vacation the house we rented had an emergency & was un inhabitable. The company worked with me & let me choose another house that was bigger & more expensive. When Monday came to book it the price had dropped & I was expecting to have to argue about the price difference but they did the right thing & gave me the discounted price & a refund without me even asking. They are a stand up company & everyone I spoke with was courteous & professional. I have rented from 6 other companies on the outer banks & they by far are the best. Everything went smooth from start through the day we checked out. Thank you for the pleasant experience & I will definitely be dealing with you for future rentals.

    Drove 12 hours just to be met with no linens. (To have sheets on a bed and towels costs an extra $210) this was explained when I called. Wasted an entire day waiting on this place to "be ready" for check-in. Never got a text. Got here at 5:45. You charged me an entire day for something I didn't use and now I have to go to Walmart to get sheets. The pictures made it look like the property was on the dune but it's not. After reading other reviews it is painfully obvious we chose the wrong company. Oh yeah, you have to share your washer and dryer with the neighbors. What a joke!! $2000 for a week for a trashy place and no linens. Ants everywhere inside btw. Sandy Ridge is a step below a hotel. Had to add photos of our "beach access". Load of garbage. Had to use the neighbors deck to access the beach. So glad they were cool people. ADDITION: It's a shame whenever a business rents out rundown and unclean houses but puts your silly covid notice papers on the fridge, as if it excuses basic housekeeping. It's a shame that you advertise "beach access" but it isn't accessible. Notice how you didn't respond to that. You have the time to look at my previous reviews but not enough time to comprehend that people get angry when they pay money for something and the service is under par. We stay in Gatlinburg 5 times a year and have never had a complaint about the rental agency. Maybe you just can't admit that you fell short and, as a business, negative reviews are going to occur.

After looking at your profile and history of reviews, it's clear that Beach Realty isn't the first business to receive emotionally biased reviews from you.For the sake of clarity to future guests, see below:- You explicitly 'opted-out' of receiving linens when you booked this home. Linens are available but have to be rented.- Check-in typically occurs between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. It sounds like you got in at the right time.- When you made this reservation online, there was both a map, accurate photos and an Semi-Oceanfront designation.
