        Got an upgrade today and was helped by Branson.. he was very nice but seemed to be in a super rush which resulted me me losing all my information from my emails and bank account .Branson never informed me that i was able to keep my phone for atleast 30 days to 100% verify that i had all my info on i would've done that . He needs to slow down and take his time with customers in the future to avoid this happening to anyone else .. good thing I was able to go back to the store and get help from Miller he made sure we got everything fixed.. Thank you for the help promote ahead of peers !
