        Attention SCAM alert, do not buy any phones directly from the store. And this is why. I had an iPhone 14 with a remaining balance of $300. I went into the store to pay off the balance to unlock the phone for international travel. The rep offered to upgrade me to an iPhone 15 if I traded in the iPhone 14 and paid the taxes. They assured me I could pay off the iPhone 15 within two months to unlock it. I agreed. But when I tried to pay off the iPhone 15 and unlock it, I was told I was locked into a three-year agreement. I went back to cancel within the 30-day window, but the store refused to give me back my iPhone 14 or find a replacement. Corporate said they couldn't help, and the store said it wasn't their problem. In summary, I was scammed for my iPhone 14, and the store offered no solution. Avoid buying from this store and be cautious with their upgrade offers. My experience was with an assistant manager who scammed me for an iPhone 14 with 256 gigabytes.

        A big shout out to the guys at the Holly Springs AT&T store. They covered all of the bases: fast, efficient, and thorough in setting up all new service and equipment for me! Thanks for making what could have been a grueling experience easy and fun!

        The Reps were friendly and helpful and he started the set up process before I left. I would recommend waiting until the whole process completes before leaving the store though. My rep got it started and said I was good to go, but my internet never worked properly when I got home. I had to go to another location after leaving town for the weekend and get it fixed.

        If I could give more than five stars, I would, but the system only allows me five stars for Mr. DeVeon. He explained both phone orders and made everything very easy and respected the time to get us in and out with absolutely no delays. His attention to details and explaining things to both me and my mother was absolutely awesome. The Holly Springs location is lucky to have a caring team member as they do in Mr. DeVeon. I would return to this location if I could work with DeVeon again. Thank you AT&T! Our transfer of device to decide was seamless as was the shipping for returning the one device.
