        I came in 14 minutes before closing on a Sunday night as I had lost my phone and needed help with locating it or even just getting a new one. Anita was amazing - she jumped into action to help me find the tools to find my phone, she didnt rush, she made me feel like she would stay until we got some answers or even a brand new phone. In the end Anitas help did help find the lost phone - I can not thank her enough - thank you to everyone at the T Mobile in Holly Springs for your help - I will be back, and I hope Anita is there

        Even though the workers were not rude, they were still unhelpful. This is probably due to broader T-Mobile policies. Glad I won't be using them anymore

        This place was the best! The staff was amazing and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me get the best deal for my plan and got me a new phone for free 2. Will definitely be coming here for anything I need in the future
