HORRIBLE!!! Joe is completley absent minded and loses payment information, cancels policies without warning (even though payments have been made), and he has a very high staff turnover. At first (3 years ago), I had April as my agent, then she left and I had Jason, and I just called last week and Jason is now gone and Joe has no record of any of my payment and insurance information, and my policy was cancelled without my notice. Put your money elsewhere....go with a different agent!
