Jenny helped us start our insurance and she was absolutely fantastic! She went over our policy in detail (which no other insurance company has ever done) and explained why she suggested certain coverages. It was a great experience.

My agent retired and I went in to meet Tim and team. I chose this office for the convenience to my house. But that is not why I will stay with them! They treat you like family, actually better than family lol they treat you like VIPs. Tim sat down with me and helped me figure out some things but the follow up and the best customer service comes from Erica. She is the true rockstar of the office. She takes care of you, and knows all of you are story. This office is one that I would choose again even if it was not convenient to my house! Love this team!

I loved it there, it was our first time getting insurance in the US and our agent Erica explained everything well to us and guided us, she was extremely funny btw. It's definitely the best place to go for things like this.
