Creekside Apartments

This place isnt worth it, our apartment didn't have lights in the main place that needed lights so we had to use lamps, nothing was redone, the floor and carpet was dirty when we got there, stuff was just painted over, hair and holes and other things was just painted over, there was hair in the air conditioning/heat thing area, there was roaches almost every week, and fleas at one point, we finally got to move out and now there trying to cheat us and charge us cleaning fees and stuff and everything was clean before we left, we vacuumed and everything, and we're not cleaning the floor that wasnt cleaned for us, they wanna charge us for the air filter being dirty too and it was dirty when we got there, this place is greedy

This is an updated review for 2023-2024 I have lived at Creekside for 2 years now and it has been a great experience because of the staff. I experienced a death in my family and thats the reason I am moving but, its a great place for families and meeting new friends. I have always felt safe because the tenants look out for one another, its a quiet complex and maintenance and Melody in the leasing office always took care of whatever I needed in a timely manner. I have lives here for almost a year and the Leasing Management have been amazing !!! Niyelli in the front office has always went above and beyond to ensure my family has a positive experience here, along with the other girls in the office. Michael, the maintenance technician is Johnny on the spot to fix any maintenance issues and that has been key since we have disabilities. Thank you Creekside Apartment Staff!!!!!
