Mold, way too many inspections before and during Covid-19, bad area right beside the apartments.

There's plenty of service NOW and the property mgr. is one of the best people you will ever meet! She does have a job to do and it takes quite a bit to keep 93 tenants happy w/ each other.Best quality in town for the price.

I've been here since September 2018 and I love it. Rent is reasonable and the apartments are just as nice as higher priced ones. If I've had any maintenance problems they're very quick to fix the problems in a prompt fashion. Also as a female I feel safe here unlike some of the vibes you may get at other apartments.
