Was charged 499 dollar processing fee to process title and get tags . They did nothing but put the title in the mail to bank and still no tags. Called them to complain and was told that the manager would call me back and never did . So Iâ€™m out $499 and still gotta go to dmv myself . This was worse experience ever buying a vehicle . Not to mention having to rebuild motor 1500 miles after purchasing. David M
