I bought my car from this seller, I informed him that this would be my main car, as I had little time in the USA and I didn't yet have the credit score to buy a newer car. After 4 days of use, the car developed an electrical problem, the car wouldn't start, I sent a message to the Dealership asking if he knew what it could be, but he didn't respond. The next day the car started, this happened 3 more times, 4 in total. I tried to fix it myself, made an appointment at Ford in Indian Trail, took the car there, but since the problem was intermittent they were going to spend a lot of time investigating and asked me to come back when the problem was more frequent. After approximately 20 days of getting the car, it stopped with me and my family on the road at night, I had to call friends to pick me up and get me and my family home safely. Now my car is parked, as it's a hybrid car, I can't find anyone to fix my car near me, so I contacted the dealership again, sent a message and called, he just didn't care about what happened, he said that After I signed he no longer has responsibility for the car. However, the car developed a problem after just 4 days of use. This Dealer does not care about customers, after selling he washes his hands, he does not care about the quality of the cars he sells, he does not provide any after-sales assistance.
