        I have had nothing but positive experiences with Capital until today. Very simple repair when a clip fell off the underside of my Outback. Likely, a 5 minute fix. JABARI said it could not be done on a Saturday morning but I had to schedule an appointment M-F which is a huge inconvenience since I have a JOB. HORRIBLE experience with JABARI. If he is the first person the public has to deal with Capital is in trouble. Still no appointment. I will reconsider buying from Capital again. I have 1 Outback, 1 Crosstrek and a Hyundai Hybrid
