Baker Roofing was amazing. The sales rep Jason Leftwich was knowledgable and was patient answering our questions. The project manager Mason was very helpful the day of installation. We've owned our home for a year, and the roof had reached is max life. We'd also been experiencing leaks around the large stacked stone chimney, despite being "repaired" by a chimney contractor a few months into ownership.
1. Baker replaced our roof, and the entire experience was great. From Joe accurately representing what they would do, and strategies for dealing with the chimney, to the professionalism of the entire crew (including meticulous cleanup every day of the job), to final inspection, Baker was a professional team and the roof looks amazing.
2. Mid-way through the job, they realized that the stacked stone chimney "repair" had not been done as represented (and paid for), and water was trapped/seeping into the mortar all the way through and pooling/trapped between layers of flashing. They halted the job and called in a mason specializing in stacked stone to meet with me, the job supervisor, the office supervisor and the salesman (i.e., total team approach). The Piedmont Stone owner pulled guys from a non-urgent job to spend 2 days fixing our chimney. Baker waited and then finished the job immediately after Piedmont Stone finished. Totally professional experience in the midst of a very frustrating situation.
In sum, not only is Baker a fantastic roofing company, they also made sure that it was done right, even when it meant telling us bad news and putting them behind schedule. Highly Recommend!!! Services: Skylight installation, Roof installation
