        This was a great experience from the beginning. They made it so easy and gave all the information needed and as they said the only thing a customer will need to do is choose the color. Thats it. After the initial call to put in the hail claim, ResCo handles speaking to the Ins company and the adjuster. I would highly recommend having them check to see if you have had any storm damage in your area, and possibly can get a new roof. Very professional and quick to respond. Im sure they would do just as good a job if you were wanting to replace your existing roof out of pocket as well.

        I would not use this company again. They tried to get our roof done in one day. As you can imagine, the job was not done properly. The crew was on our roof at 10 pm finishing up their work. Im not quite sure how you can see what youre doing working that many hours in the dark. Of course when the first good rain came we learned that we now had leaks in 3 places in our ceiling above the fireplace. After initially agreeing that they would make it right and pay for the repair (he even said we could use our own painter after we insisted we use theirs to save money) he offered us $500 dollars out of the 3k that we spent. His reasoning? His guys did not cause any damage to the chimney mortar when they installed our new roof, it was just old age. Ironic that I had no roof leaks BEFORE hiring this company but they started immediately after the roof was replaced???? To be safe, stay away from this company! So much for guaranteeing your work. Empty promises.

        ResCo Roofing was extremely professional and walked me through the roofing process from inspection through installation. They had my house on their schedule within a week, completed the work as scheduled within a day, and when they left, the yard was completely free of any roofing nails and/or other debris. Without hesitation, I highly recommend ResCo Roofing. Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof installation

      As a contractor, I often feel frustrated that there are no online platforms for leaving ‘customer' reviews. In the past, I’ve sometimes wished I could leave reviews for co-workers, friends, and family too. However, small business owners and their families are left to deal with this on their own as they try to make a living and build a successful business. I want to emphasize that these are not bad folks, and personally, I had a great experience with them. We are committed to standing behind our work and honoring our commitments.That being said, we cannot take responsibility for the wear and tear that is already present in or on a home and happens to become visible when we install a new roof. If you are considering choosing us based on this one review, I would be happy to discuss the details with you so you can make your own informed decision. On a side note, yes, we work diligently, but I can assure you that we do not work until 10:00 at night on a roof in December.
