Rebuilt my Front Steps. Wow. Amazing work, and replaced 2 boards that were warped/spilt without asking. Made Follow up calls, and easy to communicate with.

Requested quote on a porch addition. Tried to provide more than enough information from drawings, material, size, examples, address, contact (phone and email) etc... and was totally ghosted. Tim replied over a month later with a one liner "is this your home". Yeah, Tim... It is. However, I don't need a quote at this point from your company when it takes over a month to reply and the reply isn't really relevant? I can only image if we used your company. Get the half up front and disappear or have to be constantly tracked down for status right?

I had new windows and whole house siding installed along with a new portico. Tim and his contractors did a great job. They communicated well, were timely and the finished product looked great. Tim was easy to reach and very responsive to my questions. Service: Window installation

I can't say enough positive remarks about Tim and Carolina Home Specialists. From start to finish, Tim was so knowledgeable. My HOA denied my request to replace my siding with Vinyl siding. Tim talked to my community manager for me and he even came to the Appeal meeting with me. My HOA approved my request and I truly believe Tim helped their decision. I had my siding, windows and gutters replaced. My house looks amazing and it only took his team a week and a half to complete. Services: Window installation, Gutter installation
