        I really enjoyed how responsive the sales person was! She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. She definitely understood my mother's "expressive behaviors" as she caringly put it. I think we have finally found The Place.

        Really nice community with friendly staff! The sales lady was very experienced and knowledgeable. The staff was welcoming and engaged with the residents. This community is on the top of our list for my mom.

        Do not put your loved ones here. Poor communication, under staffed, will tell you over the phone or email that your loved one is ok and then when you come to visit they tell you theyve been sick for 2 weeks waisting away in their room.

        So appreciative to the staff of Richland Square for the great care they ALL gave our mother. Everyone was so nice/helpful to our Mom and to my sister/I during Mom's stay there. No, there is no perfect assisted living or memory care, but we were impressed with the interaction staff had with the residents, the cleanliness of Mom's room and facilities help if it was needed. Keep up the great work !
