        FYI - Visiting my loved one at the Memory Care Facility today and they are understaffed. Only one care giver and one med tech who is constantly going to main building. Follow up - Lisa, I do appreciate your response a week after the fact. With you being the Med Tech on duty, I'm sure you are aware that there was only one care giver in the building to take care of the patients while you were up at the main office getting ready for your Holiday party. I tried multiple times to exit the building and was unable to get out. One person in the whole facility of memory care is not a full staff.

        We moved my mother to Carriage House in August of 2023 from another facility we were having issues with. I must say I am pleasantly surprised with the care she is receiving there. The staff is very communicative and obviously cares about the residents. She is in the memory care unit which can't be an easy job for the staff but they are equal to the task. Evan in particular is a standout there. He is always engaged with the residents and it's really inspiring to see the way he interacts with them.
