I walked around the entire store. And still, not 1 employee was available to get crickets for me. All employees are standing at the register socializing. Im not asking someone to come and assist me.

It wasn't a bad overall experience but the pricing that they tell you for dematting of a more fluffy dog is kind of outrageous. I came 4 months ago and was charged $30 for matting in like six places, however, there was matting in like three places. I was charged $40 because i haven't been in a while due to my dog having sustained injuries. Groomer's name was Erica and while she did a good job shaving, he's always scared to even go near any of the groomers. And I did see some of them kind of handle them a little rough which some dogs can be shaky and it's hard to have them hold still but still you need to establish trust as well it's a two-way street. If you have a fluffy dog I suggest taking them somewhere else unless you want to get charged extra just because they say so.
