        I have a vision impaired Shih Tzu. I'm in between groomers at the moment and thought I'd try Pet Smart. It takes a person with patience and understanding to work with Kobe so I'm very particular. Surrell was just the right person. Although Kobe was full of anxiety she still did her best and she's so appreciated
