Stay was okay but with a few misses: 3/5. The reception was great- we received warm cookies and water, and we liked our room and found it comfortable. The room quality is there, but there were a few misses that added up, making it just ok versus great. The bathrooms need more towel hooks- one hook in a room for four people is not sufficient. Although we had a reservation for four people, we only had towels and washcloths for three. And our body wash dispenser was completely empty when we arrived; we found this out when showering the next morning. The only thing that really missed the mark was breakfast. We had it Saturday and the food was *not* good: dry sausage, dry eggs, stale Danish. We ate around 7am Saturday but it taste more like reheated leftovers from Thursday or Friday. And there was no coffee in the breakfast area. We had to walk out to the lobby to get some, and then they had run out. I informed the front desk who said someone would bring some by later, but didnt offer to alert anyone. Coffee is critical in a hotel, especially with none in the breakfast area- this cannot happen. We actually declined our $30 breakfasts credit (Gold members) on our second morning because of the quality. Overall, nice rooms but service was just okay. Would try another Hilton property in the area if we go back.

How Many Hairs Are Too Many on a Bathroom Wall? I was in town for a conference that was about a mile away. I wanted to get my points so I opted to stay at this hotel instead of the conference hotel about a mile away. That was a big mistake. The conference hotel looked like the Taj Mahal in comparison. This hotel is a little worn out. The fountain no longer works and the attached restaurant is overly priced with uninspired food and extremely slow service. However, the big win was all the hair on the bathroom walls and I'm not talking about the shower stall. I'm talking about the WALLS. There were at least ten hairs (someone probably wiped out the shower with a rag and then used it on the wall - it was THOSE types of hairs). So, after checking in and getting in a jog. I showered and then noticed all the hairs and took some photos to show the front desk. They apologized. I told them I was going to be out for a couple of hours and they said they get it taken care of it. It wasn't. I was tired and figured I'd tell them in the morning. I spoke with the manager the next morning and showed new photos and the timestamp on them. She was shocked, apologized, and said they'd get it taken care of ASAP. I said, I'd be gone at the conference all day (plenty of time... right?). Well, it never got cleaned. I told the staff AGAIN. They said they would send someone right up. IT. NEVER. HAPPENED. The morning I checked out I let the same manager know that the issue was never resolved. So, for now, until they can figure out how to get hairs cleaned off their walls this is a hard pass for me. NOTE: Since the hotel responded to my review and noted they gave me 20K points. I felt I should say this. The did. It was very thoughtful of them. However, those 20K points came with the apology the next morning when I was going to be at the conference all day and it still never got cleaned. Nice staff but not nice bathroom walls.
