My first stay at this hotel. I have been to Greensboro every month for 9 yrs for work. This hotel was great from the moment I walked in. The front desk lady was very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were big and bed was comfy. Shampoo, body wash etc was provided in the showers. Was a good brand Dove. Checked out this am and again everyone was pleasant and said good morning. Didn't have breakfast but it was available. This will be my new go to in Greensboro.

Everything was great but the breakfast. Eggs and sausage tasted like they were warm up and not very good. Not much selection in fresh fruit.
Rooms: Very clean and comfortable

When I went to this hotel, I was in room 620. There was no lights in there. There was under construction.. Phone did not work and I called the general manager and I said to them that I will be contacting my lawyer because this is unsafe environment. To be in the hotel without lights why did they give me this room? The general manager stated to me. Since Im threaten her with a lawyer, I cannot get my things out, which was all my identification. I waited for two hours to wait for the cops to escort me upstairs to get my. I didnt authorize them to record me, and they recorded me while I was getting my things. Finally, I was threatened several times calling me black knickers. My advice for you all to do not go to this location. It is very unsafe.. And the general manager and the staff harassed me. I am from a different location out of town. Please do not go to this location. This is bad and I am giving them a zero review..
Noteworthy details: This is a very unsafe environment. I was aroused and tortured in. My things got took him from this building. and I was recorded without my authorization. I will be contacting my lawyer to put a lawsuit in

This is great place but I have to say not the best location nothing close by, another downside is that their is NO ATM , and coin laundry with no way to get quarters do do a load of laundry needs to install card reading laundry if your not going to have access to atm or change. Another thing that upset me is I was on the 2nd floor and my floor smelled like a huge pot farm the smell was so bad I had to buy air fresher and place a town under the door to keep the smell out. I cant smoke but they can get high kinda a double standard in my opinion. The staff that cleans the room they are great. Went to the store for me and helped with getting quarters and smokes for I have been here for over 7 days. Breakfast needs to stay open longer during the week and weekend too I think. For what we pay for the room.
Rooms: Good having fridge and microwave
Nearby activities: Their is nothing with in walk distance no gas stations everything has to be ordered in by Uber or Instacart.
Food & drinks: They have some drinks and snacks for purchase but they dont take cash!
Noteworthy details: Smells like weed all the time.
