    A little pricey for how old and dated the place was. Bed covers had cigarette burns in them, non smoking room. Beds were so-so. Beware of extra charges.

    I stayed for 4 days. Room 286 The night of check in with a confermation number. The credit card on file was not able to be processed. I had to pay out of pocket. The next 2 days the same card on file was mysteriously able to go through? Constantly there were kids running up and down the halls. While trying to sleep i had someone try to enter the room twice. Housekeeping was not aware that i extended my stay. Serious lack of communication between the fron desk and staff. The phone in the room was inoperable. The room needs some serious updates! The tv is way to small, no way to hook up screen sharing or stream! If you dont wear socks in the room your feet will be black. I even noticed roaches. I also have pictures. I had to light a candle yo get rid of the smell. The window looks like it has a gunshot in it. Huge crack in it! The water is not very hot at all for a shower! Scott did bring me a fan. The staff in the breakfast dinning area is a lil pushy! Good breakfast though! The pool smells like clorox bleach, and it is slimy from all the chloride! This hotel is right next to the peterbilt dealership where my truck is getting worked on was the reason i stayed here. I would had rather slept in my truck! I would have been more comfortable! Save your money and go somewhere else! Oh! If you have a non ambulatory person with you, there is no elevator for guest to use

The "extra charges" we believe you are referring to is the incidental deposit. That is an authorization hold that is released at check out as a long as there are no additional charges. Dear Daniel Shaw:Thanks so much for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your stay We appreciate the feedback even though it appears we did not meet your expectations. When we review your account it shows that your company made the reservation but had not provided a credit card authorization form for the first two nights of your stay, but did so for the second two nights. We are unable to process credit card payments without proper authorization, as a protection to the card holder. We are sorry to hear about the lack of communication between the front desk and the housekeeping staff and we will address that issue with the desk staff. Our pool chemicals are monitored daily and maintained at levels prescribed by the health department. We are sorry to hear about the conditions of the room and will have our housekeeping and maintenance departments correct the problems you have brought to our attention. We sincerely appreciate your business.
